Police say 10-year-old Latrell Hall was last seen on Macombs Avenue as he left for school around 8:30 a.m. Monday and hasn’t been home since. Hall is 4’5″ weighing about 60 pounds with brown eyes, black hair and a slim build. He was last seen wearing a gold ball earring in his right ear.
